Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

I believe that in order to achieve lasting change, it is essential for nutrition recommendations and diet modifications to fit each individual’s unique preferences and lifestyle.

Prior to completing my dietetic internship at University of Wisconsin Hospital & Clinics, I worked as a research assistant at Columbia University Medical Center on a meta-analysis of the effects of omega-3 fatty acids on depression.

I graduated with a BA in Psychology from Williams College, where I was a member of the women’s varsity basketball and track & field teams for four years.
