Sean Sullivan
Co-Founder & Director of Health, Performance
Sean received his bachelors degree in exercise science from the University of New England and went on to obtain the CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) Certification. He has worked at the most elite training centers in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Florida and Finland. For the last 8 years, Sean had worked exclusively with professional athletes. Currently, Sean trains over 35 professional athletes, 11 Olympians as well as many active seniors in the SW Florida area. Sean has extensive experience training athletes in Golf, Tennis, Soccer, Baseball, Football, Track & Field, Basketball and Ice Hockey.
Sean’s unique training philosophy uses movement to eliminate compensation patterns, increase mobility, speed, and strength as well as improve body composition. Sean has had great success with people of all ages and levels and enjoys positively impacting lives through movement.

David Trudell
Movement Specialist
David Trudell is a head trainer at Matterhorn Fit Bonita Springs. He earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Florida Gulf Coast University. David has an athletic background in wrestling and brings a wealth of knowledge in biomechanics and exercise prescription. He has experience working with a broad spectrum of clients from professional athletes to active seniors. He consistently brings a positive and optimistic attitude to every session, inspiring hope and helping each client to live a pain free active life through the Matterhorn Method.
McKenzie Rae
Rehab Specialist
McKenzie Rae is a board-certified and licensed Athletic Trainer and serves as Matterhorn Fit Bonita Springs’ Head of Rehabilitation. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training at The University of Tampa, where she completed an internship with the NHL’s Tampa Bay Lightning. She earned her Master’s of Athletic Training degree at Old Dominion University in VA.
While in Virginia, she was a graduate assistant for Division I athletics for a variety of sports including soccer, swim and dive, tennis, baseball, and wrestling. She has returned to her hometown, and we are thrilled to support her as she continues her passionate work in inspiring hope and helping others overcome fear and pain to achieve their goals.
