Kelly-Rae Zdan
Kelly-Rae Zdan serves as the Head of Rehabilitation at Matterhorn Fit Fort Myers, bringing expertise in athletic training, injury rehabilitation, and performance optimization. As a Certified Athletic Trainer and Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician, she is passionate about helping athletes and active individuals recover from injury, improve movement quality, and return to the activities they love with confidence.
Kelly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Master’s degree in Athletic Training, building a strong foundation in injury evaluation, rehabilitation programming, return-to-play progression, and performance-based care. Her approach combines evidence-based rehabilitation with individualized treatment strategies designed to help clients not only recover but become stronger and more resilient throughout the process.
Originally from Manitoba, Canada, Kelly competed as a member of the ACHA Division I women’s hockey team at Adrian College. Her personal experiences as an athlete inspired her passion for helping others overcome physical setbacks and achieve their highest level of performance.
At Matterhorn Fit, Kelly is dedicated to bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance, empowering clients to move better, feel stronger, and thrive both in sport and everyday life.

Lauren Blight
Lauren Blight serves as Head of Movement at Matterhorn Fit Fort Myers, where she helps clients improve movement quality, build lasting strength, and achieve their health and performance goals through individualized training and rehabilitation-focused care.
Originally from Canada, Lauren competed in collegiate hockey for five years before pursuing a career in strength and conditioning and human performance. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation with concentrations in Strength & Conditioning and Corporate Fitness & Wellness Management, followed by a Master’s degree in Sports Management from Minot State University.
Lauren's experience includes serving as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at the NCAA Division II level and completing an internship with the New York Islanders organization, where she assisted with athlete development and performance training. She is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and USA Hockey Coach.
At Matterhorn Fit, Lauren utilizes the Matterhorn Method to help athletes and active adults move better, reduce pain, improve performance, and build confidence in their bodies. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys training for HYROX events and marathons, as well as continuing her passion for hockey.
