Sydney Strom
Facility Director
Sydney Strom is the Facility Director at Matterhorn Fit Naples and has been involved in movement, training, and healthy living from a young age. She developed discipline and commitment through competitive volleyball, as well as training and riding hunter jumper horses. As a born-and-raised Florida girl and self-proclaimed country girl, Sydney loves coffee, the outdoors, and living a balanced, wellness-focused lifestyle.
These experiences fuel her passion for nutrition, fitness, and helping others feel strong, energized, and confident in their health. One of the most rewarding parts of her work is building genuine relationships with clients and getting to be part of their progress and transformation journey.

Angela Puchalla
Head of Rehabilitation
Angela is seasoned rehabilitation specialist with 22 years of experience in professional sports, collegiate sports and clinical settings. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and her Master’s degree in Human Performance/Kinesiology at the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse.She was a clinical instructor for the undergraduate program as a GA and Fellow at UW-Lacrosse. She also worked as an Outreach Athletic Trainer and Physician Extended for two hospitals in Green Bay, WI. Angie was the AT for a Northwoods League baseball team for 13 years and was the Head Athletic Trainer for Green Bay’s Professional Indoor Football team for 10 years.Angie moved to Naples, FL in 2018 and has been the Lead Therapist for Matterhorn Fit since the company’s founding.

Carly Keenan
Head of Movement
Carly Keenan is our Head of Movement at Matterhorn Fit Naples, bringing a passion for helping people build strength, confidence, and longevity through individualized training and intentional movement.
Originally from a small town in Pennsylvania, Carly was a three-sport athlete in high school, competing in soccer, basketball, and track & field before continuing her career at Messiah University, where she played women’s soccer.Carly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Applied Health Science with a Psychology minor from Messiah University, and later completed her Master’s degree in Exercise Science at East Stroudsburg University. During graduate school, she served as a Strength & Conditioning Graduate Assistant working directly with several of the collegiate teams.Her experience also includes professional baseball, where an internship with the Minnesota Twins led to a full-time role as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for their Florida Complex League team, where she completed two full seasons.Carly is an NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Precision Nutrition Certified, combining performance training expertise with a holistic approach to health, movement, and longevity. She loves working with everyone from athletes to older adults, helping them reach their goals while feeling supported, encouraged, and confident throughout the process.Her coaching style reflects the culture we value most at Matterhorn Fit — welcoming, family-oriented, and centered around helping people move and feel better for life. Outside of Matterhorn, Carly enjoys coffee, running, hiking, pickleball, and all things fitness.
